Monika Siergiej, RN
Founder/CEO
Monika Siergiej is registered nurse who has been practicing for over twenty years, and has been serving Sunset Park, Brooklyn as an emergency room nurse at NYU Langone for the past six years. Monika began building her business plan in the spring of 2019 after her experience of supporting a loved one through addiction rehabilitation. Between personal and professional experiences, Monika has seen firsthand the incredible and increasing need for addiction support services and the toll substance use disorder takes on individuals, families, and communities.
Dr. James Herivaux
Addiction Medicine Psychiatrist
Dr. James Herivaux is a tri-lingual Addiction Medicine Psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience ​with working with those who suffer from co-occurring disorders, performing psychiatric evaluation, medication prescribing and/or medication management. He is also experienced in Addiction Medicine and utilizes MAT when working with those who suffer with substance use disorders. Dr. Herivaux conducts induction for those interested in MAT and stabilization on MAT while receiving services.
Maria Mendez
Co-Founder/COO
Maria Mendez has over 20 years of experience in overseeing the overall daily operations of multiple locations certified by NYSOASAS. Establishment of program development, expansion, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. The development and implementation of program policies and standards of operations with the regulatory guidelines as well as insurance companies. The development of relationships with other community-based organizations.
Migdalia Torres, CASAC
Program Administrator Director
Migdalia Torres is our dynamic Program Administrator, a highly reliable professional with 15 years of experience in addiction counseling and program management. Ms. Torres fosters productive relationships with clients and motivates them to develop interpersonal, crisis management, and critical thinking skills. She prides herself on being empathetic and approachable, including by educating herself and communicating effectively with individuals across different cultures and walks of life.

Cassandra Moss
Front Desk Coordinator
Cassandra Moss is likely the first person you will meet at our clinic's front desk. She performs and indispensable role here for both clients and staff alike, namely that of coordination. Cassandra will guide you through everything you need to know about receiving care at our clinic, and will be assisting you with a variety of administrative needs.
